Orienteering is a fantastic individual sport that teaches independence and navigation. It also forms the basis for team building. In order for a team of people to work well alongside each other they must understand each others needs and know how to work in a calm environment. If orienteering is put in a team building environment it can be very effective at knitting together a group of people. In order to be the fastest in a race, the team must think quickly, efficiently and act as a unit.

Corporate Orienteering Days
Corporate Orienteering Days is a team building company that uses orienteering as a basis. Every Corporate Orienteering Days experience focuses on two things: Maximising enjoyment for the participants and uniting them through participation in different tasks. With the use of modern technology and a fresh approach to orienteering my away day experiences offer a unique and challenging day out for any size group of people. The best part about what I am offering is that you don’t have to travel to the far reaches of the UK. I have developed an exciting day out taking in the countryside, all within easy reach of London through public transport.
My experiences are divided into two types:
Away Days, Team building in Epping Forest over just one day
Away Weekends, Team building in the Peak District over two days
